Melisa’s Baby Shower photos
Tuesday, February 3rd, 2009I threw a baby shower for my friend Melisa whose baby is due around Maddie’s first birthday. My showers always have to have some sort of theme, of course. Melisa’s was children’s books. I had been to a shower where everyone brought their favorite children’s book in addition to regular gifts, and I thought that this was a fabulous idea. My co-host, Cindy, and I belong to the same book club as Melisa, so it fit perfectly. My friend Kara (also in the book club) made the awesome stack of books cake and I had Whimsical Cookies create the story book favors. Everything turned out so well!
