Maddie Conversations: A joke
August 3rd, 2010I encouraged Maddie to tell Cullen a joke the other day. This is how our conversation went.
me: Maddie, can you make Cullen laugh? Tell him a joke!
Maddie: A joke.
me: Tell him a joke, Maddie!
Maddie: I did! A joke.
me: That’s not a joke, tell him like a knock knock joke.
Maddie: Knock knock
me: Who’s there?
Maddie: [ba]nana
me: Banana who?
Maddie: Orange.
me: Um. Orange who?
Maddie: Just orange.
