Happy Valentine’s Day!
February 14th, 2009Gabe and I aren’t really Valentine’s Day people, but I think it will be more fun with our own kids. Maybe we can teach Maddie it’s just a kids’ holiday. Her future boyfriends will thank us, right? For Valentine’s Day, we took another trip to the doctor to find out that Maddie has an ear infection to add to her flu recovery. Poor thing. She had an awful night with lots of screaming, which means Mommy and Daddy also had an awful night. We are so ready for her to feel better! She had a few medicated moments where she looked like she felt pretty well today. We are hoping that the antibiotics will work soon and she will feel much better by Monday morning. We had a little photoshoot while she was wearing a pretty dress her grandparents gave her for Christmas. We gave her the teddy bear, and she seems to like it! I should be posting more photos soon…

Hope she feels better soon. I’ve been getting Gwendolyn’s 12 mo. clothes out (hard to believe with a 5 mo. old) and we have that same dress. I know Isabelle wore it and probably Susannah too.
