Time to childproof the house!
July 26th, 2008Over the past two weeks, Maddie has become much more mobile. She started with rotating around on her mat. We would put her down facing one direction, and within 10 minutes, she would be facing the complete opposite direction. A few weeks ago, she started scooting off the mat. She wasn’t getting too far, but she was definitely moving. Just before we went to Gatlinburg, she started pushing up on her hands and knees and getting her belly off the ground. She did not seem to have very much control over where she was going and often went backwards instead of forward. In the past week, she has been able to move towards a toy more consistently…or in the case of this video, any random object that she is curious about examining (or putting in her mouth).
